Subscriber Beware

I bought a six month subscription to Babbel and the recent update has made HALF of the content completely dysfunctional. I literally cannot use the app to study French anymore. Emails to tech support have gone unanswered. Based on a *functional* app, I would give Babbel 4 stars, but this experience has soured me. My advice: steer clear.
